reflexology

Reflexology is more than just relaxing—it’s a powerful way to support your body’s natural balance. The meridian points on the big toes are connected to the head and neck, which means gentle circular pressure can help ease tension and even provide relief from headaches.

The reflexology points in the center of the palm are linked to the solar plexus, adrenal glands, kidneys, and intestines. Because the solar plexus is a network of nerves deeply affected by stress, stimulating this area can calm the nervous system, reduce stress levels, and strengthen the body’s resilience.
